- First, look to see the status of the POS system: https://status.zendesk.com/. If your problem is listed there, then please follow those instructions. If not:
- Try unplugging it and plugging it back in. Does it light up? If no, try changing the cord. Try again. If it still doesn't work, then file a ticket for an Unresponsive POS. If it DOES light up, then:
